Most stories are ready in 90 to 150 seconds. If the screen is stuck for more than 5 minutes, force-close the app and reopen it. Stories already in progress will resume on the server and appear in your Library when they’re ready.

Voice and likeness are best-effort and may occasionally fall back to a generic narrator or character drawing. This is automatic; just generate a new story and it will normally use the uploaded reference.

Apple’s confirmation can take 30 seconds to a few minutes to reach our servers. Close and reopen the app — the credit count refreshes on the next launch. If it still doesn’t update after 10 minutes, email us with your account email and the time of purchase.

On iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → DreamlandBuddy → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all cancellations directly; we cannot cancel on your behalf.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and submit a request to Apple’s billing team. We are not able to process refunds ourselves.

Tap Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This removes your profile, children, stories, voice recordings, and uploaded photos permanently within 7 days. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

Yes. Every story is generated to be calm, child-safe, and bedtime-appropriate. There is no violence, fear-inducing content, scary characters, or sad endings. If you ever see something inappropriate, email us with the story title — we use these reports to improve the content filter.

Yes. Photos are used only to draw your child as the hero of their own stories. They are encrypted at rest, never shared with third parties for advertising or training, and deleted permanently when you delete your account.
